THE DESIGN
Coast was designed by Powerhouse Company. The black aluminium details of Coast’s façade are juxtaposed with large windows for a striking effect. Soon, this building will offer unprecedented panoramas. “On the street side, it focuses mainly on privacy, and the building opens on the waterside.” Coast is home to 19 luxurious apartments for sale, featuring large outdoor areas on the sunny IJ-side. The meticulously designed entrance hall makes a real statement with the oxidised copper, bronze door, natural stone floors and walnut wood walls, which create a high-quality and timeless look.

The bathrooms and plumbing exude luxury and offer supreme comfort.
